QUALIFICATIONS

Johannes Denk has over 25 years of experience as a DIRECTOR, CAMERAMAN, EDITOR and VISUAL EFFECTS ARTIST.
He loves visual storytelling and works for film and television, companies and brands, as well as governmental and non-governmental organisations.

• DIRECTING experience in the areas of fiction and non-fiction, in controlled and uncontrolled shooting environments. The range of services includes conception, screenplay, shooting and post-production as well as strategic communication consulting.
• CAMERA experience in the genres of documentary, reportage, magazine article, image film, product film, commercial and music video.
• EDITOR experience in a wide variety of formats from commercials to full-length documentaries for all well-known German television stations and large companies.
• VISUAL EFFECTS and MOTION GRAPHICS Work for TV and corporate. Logo animation, lower thirds design, complete on-air design, image retouching, rotoscoping, match moving, keying, color grading, etc.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• CAMERA experience: ARRI Alexa, RED, SONY FS-7, CANON C100-C300, Blackmagic models, CANON 5D, SONY Alpha models and all common broadcast cameras.
• Aerial photography experience with various drone models and use of gimbal and steadycam.
• Post production on AVID. Visual effects and motion graphics work on AFTER EFFECTS.                                                                                                                                                                                                  Additional skills in PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR and PREMIERE.
